Physicians again determined Dimitrios Pagourtzis, now 24, is incompetent to stand trial more than six years after he was accused of shooting and killing 10 people inside of his Santa Fe high school and leaving 13 others injured.

Accused Santa Fe school shooter again unfit to stand trial, physicians determine

He remains confined under indictment on capital murder and aggravated assault of a peace officer charges in connection to the shooting. In a statement, Galveston County District Attorney Jack Roady said his office is committed to seeing Pagourtzis face a jury trial.
