According to the lawsuit filed late last month in Harris County, Trump Burger Kemah, LLC, sued landlord Archie Patterson and two of his companies for allegedly forcibly removing the restaurant’s owner and its staff from the premises on June 7.

The explosion occurred on Jan. 24, 2020, in a residential area in West Houston near 4500 Gessner Rd. at the Watson Grinding and Manufacturing facility. Three people died, and at least 18 others were sent to nearby emergency rooms. Nearly 200 homes were reported as having some sort of damage as a result.
