SNP MPs have attempted to get Wm to change the Scotland Act & enable Holyrood to call a referendum. This was voted down in the HoC. Labour abstained.

The S30 petition may well meet the same fate, but the attempt should be made, just as the SNP made the attempt today.

We either get what we should have by right, or UKParly refuses the people of Scotland as well as the politicians.

But we need the numbers to ask. It's at 4700.

Hi. Looking at what has been going on, there seems to be a tendency of people to sign the petition, maybe share it once, if that, then leave it. This isn't enough.
Only some of your followers will see individual posts. This is true here & on SM elsewhere (Fb,Tw).
So I need to ask people to keep posting & sharing, even if you have already done so, & use the #S30Petition tag for tracking, on whatever platform you use.

The #S30Petition has hit 4000 sigs!
This is testament to a lot of effort & I would emphasise that this means no one person/account in particular. With support from @radiojammor @WFI @rosscolquhoun Yes, AIMAberdeen @patkane and Billy Kaye, amongst others, the petition has now reached 40% of its initial target but we need to keep pushing it to people who have not already signed, including people in rUK.
