Sitting reading last night. Heard a high-pitched pop, followed by a shhhhh and the sound of the pump kicking on and off.

Oh, FFS!

Mad dive across the bed to turn the pump switch off ...

The two plastic John Guest (JG) pipes feeding into and out of the hot water heater had cracked where they come out through the floor to run under the motorhome to the other side of the motorhome where the heater is.

I had a short length of JG pipe left over from a previous fix, one JG joiner, a short piece of drinking water hose, some plumber's tape, and 4 hose clamps.

Fixed.

I *HATE* plastic water pipes and JG fittings. No, really. *HATE*.

We had an awesome day at the lake yesterday! Spent the day kayaking, swimming at the beach, and cooking over the campfire in the evening.

Capped the night off with this awesome view out the back of our window.

Hoping this summer will be filled with days like this!

Meanwhile, in America...

I wish we could do something similar to the motorhome. We'll have to settle for cool graphics, unfortunately 😄
