My scheduled #runmotion bike and hike/running workouts decrease in time this week.
Tomorrow a final 1.5hr hike/run before the taper week towards the Haute Ardenne Trail (35km/1300hm) next week Saturday.
That trailrun will be my new longest distance milestone.
It will also be my first test with Tailwind nutrition.

Sunday, Strength day.
Started with 2x the #runmotion strength & Conditioning circuit.
After doing these exercises now for some weeks I already noticing leg strength and balance improving. And that was much needed. I never realized until now how much neglected it was.
After the circuit I did an EXR Aerobic row workout. It is a nice addition to the strength exercises.

I underestimated the 12x1min interval workout of today a little bit.
Running 12 all-out sprints with only 1 min recovery in between is tough but fun.
Tomorrow another 2hr easy bike ride ๐Ÿ˜Š
