Entering week 5 of my training with #running coach #chatgpt. Seems like I made a big mistake in sharing with the model that I beat my half-marathon PB on the weekend (1:34:08). With this new data #rungpt now seems to think I am superhuman and has upped the tempo for all my training sessions this week π± . I am not even sure if I can do 800m at 3:40 pace let alone 8x in a row for my interval training...
Starting week 4 of #running training with #chatgpt based coach tomorrow. Some learnings from the first three weeks:
1. #rungpt doesn't really remember its previous plans. Every week is generated new when I ask for the plan.
2. I was worried about a lack of longer runs in the plan and had to explicitly ask for more 30k+ runs to be included (same for intervals)
3. Planning for exceptions remains a strong point (see my corporate race tomorrow in this week's plan)
