I decided to try adding some subreddits to my rss reader, just to peak at them without using the official app. So many of my old communities are just. Gone. Mostly smaller communities. The mods lost their tools, became overwhelmed with bots, and just shut down. I’m heartbroken at the loss of so many online communities lately. #RIPReddit

Sites that rely on free labour from user created and curated content needs to carefully nurture and encourage their most active members for them to continue. Least of all punish them.

E soprattutto dopo aver smesso di usare Reddit per come si sono comportati i grandi capi.
Veramente uno schifo ormai: o paghi o non puoi neanche esprimerti.

#Sync was one of the few apps I paid for, hearing that its developer is working on Sync For Lemmy gives me hope.
In the meantime, are there any good Lemmy clients for Android? What are you using?
