Based on a qualitative analysis of Luke’s Gospel, this study highlights three nonviolent Christian responses to workplace mobbing: keep allies close, avoid destructive escalation, and reframe harm to find meaning.

The findings suggest religious organizations can reduce harm from workplace bullying chiefly by strengthening trust and supportive norms that make help-seeking feel acceptable and safe.
