I'm looking for someone to join my team! We are currently working on a major modernization of a complex software portfolio. Our goal is to transform a historically grown architecture into a future-proof, long-term multi-platform system – for Android, iOS, Windows, macOS, and Linux.
We practice "Real Agile":
No fixed deadlines, no useless documentation, no ticket-pushing.
Instead: True ownership, pragmatic solutions, and open communication as equals, exactly when needed. Humans take center stage in IT, not processes.
The technological challenge: We are building a flexible headless architecture and integrating complex, existing C-algorithms. Among other things, this involves cross-compiling to 11 different targets and setting up highly automated CI/CD pipelines.
In addition to the native apps, we are building a comprehensive web app including payment integration via Stripe. Since powerful backend logic also requires excellent usability, we rely heavily on Next.js and TypeScript for the web.
Who I'm looking for: You work completely independently, are passionate about Rust, and love thinking outside the box. You take a holistic approach: Alongside building solid architectures, you have a strong sense for UX and design, and you feel right at home in the Next.js and TypeScript ecosystem:
