Change fatigue usually has nothing to do with too much change.
It tends to arise because no one has ever answered whether the last change worked.
One transformation follows another, and the unanswered questions pile up.
Eventually, every new initiative triggers only one reaction: “Who cares?”
This isn’t resistance; it’s a rational response to a system without answers.

Wenn man nach der Bewältigung einer schwierigen Situation als Agile Coach bei der Erkenntnis bleibt "ich würde es genau so wieder tun", hat man vielleicht einfach nichts dazu gelernt.
Rückblickend auf Situationen in meiner Laufbahn würde ich heute fast nichts genau so wieder tun. Ich würde fast überall versuchen Dinge anders und besser zu tun, als ich es konnte als ich in der SItuation steckte.

@nobsagile In deiner Episodenliste fehlen m.E. bisher die Schnittmengen zum klassischen Projektmanagement. Dabei ist doch das „Management by Exception“ aus PRINCE2 eine Steilvorlage für „Reagieren auf Veränderung“, genau wie das Neuplanen einer Phase, und „Lernen aus Erfahrung“ passt zu deiner WFL. Trotzdem scheint PRINCE2 in agilen Kreisen ein Nicht-Thema zu sein. Also, kann mans sinnvoll verheiraten? Wäre das ein Thema für die nächste Folge?
