I’ve been here tucked away in the #fediverse for a month or so now. And I’ve been blissfully happy, following #techvoices and learning cool Linux shit. Insulated from the world of high cost of living, economic inequality, climate change, and of course, war. But slowly and insidiously political posters are invading my safe place. #theworldbreaksin

I love how small the world is. I met on a call today a brilliant colleague in Brazil, for purposes of tuning her conference presentation she will deliver in Sweden. #TechVoices may be small when it’s powered by me mentoring but it would need others to volunteer on the wider matchmaking. And it begs for a software solution. Meanwhile I am enough.

While we have several people with #TechVoices we have helped to become keynote speakers in the keynote program, today's news is FIRST news of speaker to start in new speaker program getting to a large state keynote. I could not be more delighted to having played part in voice of such an amazing person.
