I bought the Pirellis first, but then I got nervous and ordered the studded Schwalbes, because we get heavy snow, here. We also have good road clearing, and I’m work from home, now, so I can just avoid going out in the snow on my #bicycle until the roads are clear. This year, I think i will put the Pirellis on, just to feel better about it. I think the stock tires are Kendas? Whatever #RadPowerBikes put on the #RadMission.

Well, 4-5” of fluffy snow plus whatever the plow throws on the bike path is too much for a #Radmission with studded tires that are only half fat. Had to make return trip on road. Sidewalk cleaning at this point is only intermittent of course. But city streets have had two passes with plows. Truly #carbrained in #rochmn . #wintercycling #minnesota #CarsRuinCities

Ben Keith@tylrfishr I got a RadPower #RadMission when they were on sale. Discontinued now, but a front basket and a rear rack and some $30 panniers have basically replaced my car for groceries, in Columbus. Cleveland hopefully has better bike infrastructure?
