Multiple London councils 'hit by cyber-attacks'
The Royal Borough of Kensington & Chelsea (RBKC) said that it and Westminster City Council were "responding to a cyber incident affecting some shared IT systems" and that some some systems, including phone lines, were disrupted.

Londons "Royal Borough" of Kensington & Chelsea wants to replace up to 2,200 sheffield cycle parking stands with a "unique #RBKC cast iron model".
RBKC is the borough which ripped out it's only pandemic cycle lane, and has zero protected cycle space.
There's naff all road space to ride a bicycle safely, but the poshest borough in the UK - with flaky finances - wants to splurge over £450k on this nonsense.

I've argued cheekily for a long time that central London councils like #Westminster and #RBKC are car park operators and property developers, with subsidiary interests in collecting rubbish, teaching kids to read and burying the dead.
