So the takeaway is, those with psychotic disorders are at increased risk of negative effects from cannabis / THC use (Specifically schizophrenia is mentioned - Unsure if all psychotic disorders were studied)

Those with other disorders along with those with no mental health diagnosis were not at increased risk according to this particular study.
