I used to watch #Babylon5, I can confirm this is happening. And #Palantir is essentially the #PsiCorps.
From a #UKPol perspective. I also watched #TheNewStatesman with #RikMayall as Alan B'stard, and this is very definitely happened. I'm also concerned about the #KnightsOfGod from the mid eighties too.

My premise is that a small number of nations set up "Interplanetary Expeditions" and national bodies to basically register #telepaths , which 100+ years later becomes the Psi Corps #b5reboot #b5fanfiction
