Sinclair is the commander for five years
Just before the Minbari War, Sinclair and Garibaldi witnessed two Shadow vessels leaving the surface of Mars.
This in turn saves Humanity during the Minbari War when Sinclair is mind scanned
[The station is destroyed by the Vorlons and renegade Minbari
B4 is brought forward as a replacement
