话说这游戏的人际关系方面和 #fLSG 不太一样，作为游戏主体的剧情任务是和好感度完全绑定在一起的。对话/送礼物（指定专用道具，通过治病/跑任务获得）积累好感度，满了之后触发事件剧情，剧情走完解锁下一集继续积累，普通角色两级可交往角色三级，三级满了在特定NPC那里购买特定道具赠送确定关系。建立关系后可以选约会，但好感度一直是满的所以也看不出有什么用，除此之外也不同居也没有特别台词，可以说是很后现代的亲密关系了（
还有比较特别的是这游戏是NPC主动告白、玩家送礼物确定关系，我没试能不能同时确认两位的关系但看起来是可以的毕竟没啥冲突（
不过好感度是玩家上赶着送礼攒起来的所以严格说起来是舔狗转正（

感觉更像个 #RPG 游戏
在找到CT表之后几乎全部的游戏时间都用在跑剧情上（由一个又一个的事件构成），就这样还用掉了20+小时，如果老老实实赛博打工的话游戏时长至少要40小时了
游戏文本量巨大，不少细节都值得反复回味，比如海盗姐姐出发前跟我告别/告白的那一段台词让人热泪盈眶。角色设计得非常细，NPC间剧情互动非常多，而且有不少心理学方面的设计，比如双重人格角色（好感度也要分开累积）、焦虑的躯体化症状等等，感觉确实是近十年的作品
主线算是比较王道的题材，首都药剂师协会拍新人到小镇驻扎，要面对一个对「城里来的药剂师」充满敌意的社区，通过各种任务和治疗一点点修复与居民们的关系，以及探明当初撕裂信任的药剂师真相（收尾收得有点仓促潦草）；打通主线就是一周六天给轮流生病的居民看病，没有二周目的乐趣。
游戏除了剧情之外就只有打怪收集素材和玩弱智小游戏诊断和制药，明显看出开发组不擅长做机制设计
