If you like something somebody you don’t know personally is doing - politician, brand, etc - it’s a good idea to let them know that too, not just the complaints!
Example, I got an email from NYC Health & Hospitals saying they care for all, regardless of background, immigration status, gender identity or ability to pay, and reassuring people of privacy of their information.
This is a good thing and I was happy to let them know I think that.
