Kit bashing...temporary assembly before painting.
I'm building the standard RGM79 GM using parts from the Origin MSD GM and GM Nightseeker kits. Shield and backpack are from the Origin Gundam kit. A bit of an expensive project but I'm a grown up.

Built Bandai's 1/12 Darth Vader model kit this weekend. I really love all of their Star Wars kits, though they no longer seem to be produced. Plenty available on the secondary market though and priced pretty reasonably. Torn between C3PO and a Stormtrooper for my next acquisition.

I put the stickers on just to put some color on, but maybe I'll get around to giving him a paint job someday. They're good enough for arms length viewing.
