After the diagnose, I have now implemented a routine of stretching 3 times a day for about 10mins each. The pain reduced dramatically, today morning the first steps were even totally pain free :) #plantarfascitis
Damn! Got diagnosed with plantarfascitis. Now I have to pause some weeks, then start slowly again. In the meantime: heelpads, stretching and fascia roll. Has anyone also had something like this? Would be great for some tips and hints. #running#plantarfascitis#runnersofmastodon#mastodonlauftreff
