The image might look really cool… but it was more than a 100 Fahrenheit of searing heat during the 4th of July weekend of 2014. Fun times require some over the board tweaks to the saturation sliders :)

Caveat: I hiked it in winter. I cannot imagine a summertime hike.

We got reservations for Phantom Ranch! 🌵 Reservations are for December 2024, so no rim-to-rim hike will be happening, but absolutely stoked 🙌
