Patagonia Provisions cans a smoked wild-caught salmon with pastrami seasoning. If you think that sounds unappetizing, it's much better than you might imagine. If you think it sounds amazing, I'd temper expectations. It's quite good, and you should try it, but it wasn't the religious experience I hoped for.

One of my dependable bars, where I am an occasional regular, removed the pastrami melt from its menu, resulting in a certain bald man, who regularly ordered said pastrami melt on cheat day, delivering an impassioned and improvised ten minute soliloquy on the cruel calumny of this unannounced pastrami omission that had the bartender and the crowd around me in stitches. Nevertheless, if Kamala had been elected, I am absolutely certain the pastrami melt would still be on the menu!
