Zilingo CMO Marita Abraham graces ONE Championship event in Parañaque

Zilingo chief marketing officer Marita Abraham attended the ONE Championship event at the City of Dreams Manila in Parañaque City, Metro Manila, Philippines on November 20, 2018. She joined the panel during the “ONE: Conquest of Champions” press conference, which was hosted by Mitch “The Dragon” Chilson.

The panel was led by ONE Championship chief financial officer Hua Fung Teh. He announced ONE Championship’s new athleisure business and the launch of the official ONE Championship online store and merchandise line supported by Zilingo, which is the leading fashion, beauty and lifestyle e-commerce platform in Southeast Asia.

The online store will offer global fans direct access to a wide range of urban lifestyle streetwear. Consumers will be able to purchase the newest merchandise and pre-order special limited edition products globally online, anytime and anywhere.

Assisted by ONE Championship public relations manager Cissy Long, Teh and Abraham held a ONE Championship shirt during a photo op. Joining Teh and Abraham in the panel were reigning ONE Heavyweight World Champion Brandon “The Truth” Vera, 41, of the Philippines, Mauro “The Hammer” Cerilli, 35, of Italy, former ONE Lightweight World Champion Eduard “Landslide” Folayang, 34, of the Philippines and Amir Khan, 24, of Singapore.

Abraham pointed out that ONE Championship and Zilingo share the same values during the press conference, which was also attended by City of Dreams marketing operations director Nathan Sorenson. Launched in 2011, the Singapore-based martial arts organization is the largest global sports media property in Asian history.

“ONE: Conquest of Champions” will be the fourth and last ONE Championship event in the Philippines in 2018. The fight night will take place at the SM Mall of Asia Arena in Pasay City, Metro Manila, Philippines on November 23, 2018.

Cerilli will challenge Vera in the main event. Folayang and Khan will compete for the vacant ONE Lightweight World Championship.

85 Miss Earth 2019 candidates competing in Parañaque

Karen Ibasco represented the Philippines at Miss Earth 2018 and competed against 86 other candidates at the SM Mall of Asia Arena in Pasay City, Metro Manila, Philippines on November 3, 2018. She won the title.

Also crowned were Miss Earth-Air 2018 Melanie Mader of Austria, Miss Earth-Water 2018 Valeria Ayos of Colombia and Miss Earth-Fire 2018 Melissa Flores of Mexico. Finishing in the Top 8 were Sofia Pavan of Italy, Celeste Cortesi of the Philippines, Telma Madeira of Portugal and Diana Silva of Venezuela.

On October 26, 2019, Ibasco will crown her successor at the Okada Manila in Parañaque, Metro Manila. It is the 19th edition of the international beauty pageant based in the Philippines.

    78 Miss Earth 2025 candidates to compete in Parañaque

    Jessica May Lane represented Australia at Miss Earth 2024, competed against 75 other candidates at the Okada Manila in Parañaque, Metro Manila, Philippines on November 9, 2024 and won the title. Also crowned were Miss Earth-Air 2024 Hrafnhildur Haraldsdóttir of Iceland, Miss Earth-Water 2024 Bea Millan-Windorski of the United States and Miss Earth-Fire 2024 Niva Antezana of Peru.
