Let me start again.

If these children have to be abused, and a psychology ethics committee has to condone that abuse by approving the experiment ...

Still, "Absolutely not".

How about:
If/when Trump Nazis take over schools and universities (Heidegger anyone?) then the abuse of children will be twisted into Nazi science experiments.
