Has anyone around here been successful on building Joyce, the PCW emulator, on macOS Sequoia?

I have been able to make ./configure find libxml2, but I’m not able to make it find libpng. And if I fake it, it still does not find libsdl2…

I was testing my disassembler with the #Amstrad #CPC or #PCW CP/M version of the Protext word processor and realised that there was a message that I'd never seen.

Turns out it's a "Thanks easter egg"

Here's how to trigger it.

1. Get the V2.23 version of Protext for CP/M
2. Start Protext
3. Enter "Key A,^192" at the Protext "a>" prompt
4. Hit Esc to go into edit mode.
5. Press Control, the number zero and A (aka Ctrl-0 A)
6. You now see "Many thanks to David Foster for all his help." at the top of the screen.
