Ich habe das Modul geöffnet und Bestückung sowie Datecodes ausgewertet: 4116-DRAM spricht klar für ein klassisches 16K-RAM-Pack, die Bauteile datieren sehr wahrscheinlich auf 1982. Praxis: Mein ZX81 startet ohne Modul zuverlässig, mit eingestecktem TS1016 hängt er – Hinweis auf Kontaktprobleme („RAM-Pack Wobble“) oder einen Defekt im Modul.
