OST8 dropped for #beatsaber on #pcvr today!*
It's a lot of fun, and visually the best one yet. It's 6 tracks like the last 4 were but they're all pretty varied in terms of difficulty and style. It's got Camellia, Dragonforce, Lindsay Sterling and Teminite x Boom Kitty who have been my consistent faves since OST 4.
The new mechanics gimmick was the one teased in the free song we got earlier in the year - Danger by Teminite x Boom Kitty: Variable note speed. And oh boy, does The Master make use of it for pure evil in his sequel track.
For a brief, beautiful moment I was #1 and K was #2 on the leaderboard for the Lindsay Sterling song (see pic). I bet that lasted all of 5 minutes.
*It dropped for other platforms last week but AMD's latest crashfest driver update delayed the launch while it got fixed. AMD can't seem to avoid stepping on obvious rakes...
What an interesting insight into the development of Half-Life 1. Of course, with a hint of VR. 😀

I love Linux. I would happily use it day to day for my job if I could!
I love the majority of gaming on Linux. Most games I play run perfect!
I do not like PCVR on Linux. It's buggy and annoying.
I've been using ALVR, but for some reason it now is failing and I can't play.
Any other options on #Manjaro for #PCVR that work with the #Quest3 and #rtx5060ti16Gb ?
Or should I dual boot to Windows 11 for PC VR?
