#OttCity has a survey out about the review of their special events bylaws which includes one place (Question 30) for an open-ended survey response where you can encourage them to require free supervised bicycle parking for all larger events:

The only reason Bluesfest started having #OttBikePark is because the City was considering making this a requirement the last time they updated this bylaw (but eventually decided not to require it)

Getting busier at Bluesfest. Come by bike. It’s easy, fast, convenient and free. Take advantage of it. Show that the whole city bikes places.
