#Optus is now insisting that I use the #MyOptus app to recharge a #Prepaid mobile phone account.

They will not let me recharge using the My Optus webpage.

Looks like #Bastardry to me.

And the app is not compatible with either of my Android devices.

No sign of #ReduceReuseRepairRecycle here.

Looking at moving to #Amaysim. Sure that the price will be lower and the #UX no better.

The #ComplaintResolution person says they're very busy.
But I can talk with another complaint person!
