Too often the system in place to respond to #harassment, #discrimination, #bullying and #abuse relies on the targets of the mistreatment to make extra-ordinary efforts to get the failing acknowledged and corrected.

No surprise that people being oppressed, marginalised and bullied often don't prioritise entering into a fraught #ComplaintResolution proceedures.

And so the harassment, discrimination, bullying and abuse rolls on.
