What you will do: Engagement Strategy: Develop and execute dynamic engagement content and communications plans to help position Red Hat as a leader in open source and AI. This includes defining key messages, identifying target audiences, and establishing measurable goals that align with our overarching objectives. Communications & Outreach: Manage internal and external communications efforts for OSAIPO, aligned to compelling narratives that resonate across various platforms. This involves developing and managing a comprehensive content calendar, overseeing the creation of articles, videos, presentations, and training materials, and ensuring a consistent, engaging voice that avoids overlap with public relations. Content Creation & Management: Drive the creation, curation, and optimization of high-quality, impactful content across multiple channels. You'll leverage your expertise in content management to ensure our stories are discoverable, shareable, and effectively communicate the value and excitement of open source and AI. Collaboration & Publishing: Work with designers and subject matter experts to facilitate content creation, ensure timely delivery, and act as the primary publishing engine for OSAIPO initiatives. Experiment with AI for Efficiency: Proactively explore and implement emerging AI capabilities to automate routine content creation tasks, streamline communication workflows, and enhance overall team efficiency in promoting open source and AI initiatives. Content Optimization: Collaborate with corporate marketing to ensure content developed by the Open Source and AI Program Office (OSAIPO) is optimized for search and AI engines, maximizing visibility and attracting relevant audiences while aligning with overall corporate SEO strategies. Brand Consistency: Adhere to established corporate brand guidelines and work closely with corporate marketing to maintain a consistent brand voice, style, and message across all OSAIPO content and platforms, ensuring alignment with the broader Red Hat brand. Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze engagement metrics to continuously refine strategies and optimize content performance. You'll use data-driven insights to understand what resonates with our audiences and adapt our approach to maximize reach and impact. What you will bring: A bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, journalism, or equivalent. 5+ years of experience in content creation, content management, or a related publishing role. Proven ability to generate new and compelling content ideas and strategies. Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse subject matter experts and designers.
