🌄Finishing Day 3 #volunteering with Coast of Life and I found a familiar place, a simple outdoor exercise park right by the iconic Potemkin Stairs.
😅Did a few commando pull-ups and a one-arm push-up (I’m over 50).
🙏🏽More importantly, I want to use this moment to say a thank you to the people of Odesa treating me with such grace, warmth, and open arms.

💃After volunteering, I went for a walk through the City Garden and came across live #music and traditional #dance. Today is #Vyshyvanka Day—a nationwide celebration of Ukraine’s iconic traditional embroidered shirts that have become a symbol of unity, identity, and resilience.
🌻Part of my goal every time I travel to Ukraine to volunteer is to share the rich #culture, #history, and beauty of this country.
