Farsi/Persian-language ciphered transmission — known as Numbers Station "V32" — was received loud and clear in Northern Italy at 18:23 UTC on March 11, 2026, on frequency 7842 kHz.

Numbers stations are shortwave radio transmissions used by intelligence agencies to send coded messages to operatives in foreign countries. V32 has been active throughout the conflict, frequently changing frequencies in response to jamming attempts. Clear reception indicates active intelligence communications despite countermeasures.
