Handbuilding with clay is very mindful, my journey with this wonderful stuff started 6 years ago. It's affect on my life and well being has been profound. I would urge anyone to have a go at something mindful, not just pottery, anything.
This is my salt pig, handbuilt (I know, it's that obvious!!) extremely satisfying to make and used every day.
