Is there no browser which has proper HTML support, proper CSS supportv but disables all javascript by default/no javascript at all?

Usecase: need to watch some local files, but since I use firefox and librewolf in flatpak, can't do that unless I run `python -m http.server 5000` and then I don't know how to block javascript for, like, just localhost.

Even then, I just want a javascript bloat-free browser FOR DOCUMENT VIEWING THAT DOESN'T SUCK MY BATTERY LIKE THESE BLOATED AHH BROWSERS DO

It can't be that hard 😭
