Amid bad polling figures, what does the #COALition stand for?

This morning’s #Newspoll shows the COALition is down to just an 18% primary vote, while #OneNation skyrockets to 27%.

The breakdown of that is 15% to the #Liberal party and just 3% to the #Nationals.

Former frontbencher #JaneHume this morning said that #Ley and #Littleproud are going to need to figure out how to get the opposition out of the “hole” they’re stuck in, and deliver a message that resonates with the public. #auspol

#auspol #NewsPoll has #Labor’s two-party lead at a seemingly robust 55-45, in from 58-42 in the last Newspoll way back in mid-November.

However, the headline-grabber here is that #OneNation is ahead of the #Coalition on the primary vote: Labor is down four to 32%, the Coalition down three to 21%, One Nation are up seven to 22%, and the #Greens are down one to 12%.

#Labor and the #Greens are both down a point, to 36% & 11% respectively, with Labor’s 2-party lead unchanged at 57-43.

#SussanLey’s approval rating has tumbled 7 points to 25%, while her disapproval is up 9 to 58%. #Albo is at 46% approval & 51% disapproval, both up 1 from last time, & leads 54-27 on preferred prime minister, out from 51-31 #auspol
