Ok so mind blown, as I was typing up this toot, the artist, Justin Groom, literally shows up with a big box starts hanging up few more pieces filling in the empty spots! 
As he finished I said hi & introduced myself. He was older than I expected. He was pleasant but said he didn’t like being out in public and boogied out of here as soon I left him alone 😂
Anne BoydThere was some crazy lady releasing milkweed seeds into the wind on the Schuylkill River Trail boardwalk today, and I definitely witnessed it firsthand because it was me. Maybe just a few will have a chance to sprout and grow on the riverbank or even beyond. It was super windy today.
