Let us assume that negotiations are being held with an individual or group of individuals not linked to the Supreme leader #Mojtaba #Khameini. Let them not be sanctioned by #Mojtaba. But they still can take the agreed terms to him and to the president of #Iran for sign off. That should work and stop the #NeedlessWar that is #IranWar.
