It's war, you #moron. They don't report to you, no matter how hard you imagine being Boss of the Whole World. If you want them to obey your orders, you have to get them to #surrender first, and that ain't gonna happen. You can do whatever you like, but the absolute most you will accomplish is creating another insurgency you can't suppress in a country that has great reason to hate your guts. You won't be able to contain it without putting millions of American soldiers into that country, *forever*.
