If he continues in his failure to implement Act 48, the 2011! law which established Universal Health #Insurance to every state resident, I will be likely to campaign for any non-MAGA opponent he might face.
Implementation requires inclusion in the state budget, and funding to be achieved with a requirement that the wealthy pay taxes. Vermont has many very wealthy property owners yet by at least one metric, the third-highest poverty rate nationwide with nearly two-thirds of the population rated as one emergency away from disaster. Many of those wealthy property owners however live out of state. Parasites. Scott must direct the legislature (and by proxy, the Green Mountain Care Board which now mostly protects the privileged positions of the denials-and-reimbursements industry, but which was originally tasked with the Act 48 implementation) to produce the funding necessary to save Vermont residents from the multi-pronged economic collapse from the gutting of Medicaid and now Medicare, along with the pullout of Medicare Advantage plans, and the 21+ point premium hikes for those with so-called "private insurance".
