@theneurotrust OMG YES! That entire series by #NKJemison is absolutely amazing! I got it for Christmas last year and absolutely devoured it in Jan/Feb! Have you read The City We Became yet? At this point she's one of my auto-buy authors.
I read Talents, but really struggled with that one. One of the story lines I have always really struggled with is children being stolen from their parents.
