Temp change was part of my diagnosis (in case it was otosclerosis ). So the Doc, who'd already stabbed me in the eye with cotton wool (test 1) then poured warmed water in one ear. Instant attack. "Righto" he exclaimed, ignoring me being sick. #menieres 2/2

When my meniere's was at its worst coming into the warm from cold temps triggered an attack (dibilatating dizziness, nausea). 1/2

Had an ongoing Meniere's attack most of the night so the room was spinning in infinity. Trips to the bathroom were fun.
Like being drunk without the alcohol. Car sick without the journey.

I'm listening to #music.

Ever since I got #Menieres I haven't really enjoyed listening to music, but my Menieres seems to be quite settled at the moment, so I thought I'd give it a try.

I'm really enjoying the experience.

I had two very scary drop attacks. Really lucky I wasn't driving.

I hope you have found some answers. Even with this small group following the #Menieres We can try to support each other.

More and more I feel like crap everyday. The best I feel is first thing in the morning and the rest of the day is a downward spiral. Dizzyness from Meniere's disease is no joke. It definitely become debilitating over time. My next ENT visit is in April. My hearing in that ear is so bad now I don't think it will matter if they finally sever the nerve and get it over with.
