Retour sur notre voyage au Japon - jour 6

Nous avons visité le Ghibli Park (enfin en partie car il est strictement impossible de tout faire en un jour). Décors de l’univers Ghibli, espaces pour faire des photos, reconstitutions superbes… C’était une belle journée même si on fait la file pour un peu tout là-bas. On a beaucoup dépensé (le haul c’est ce dimanche sur la chaîne Twitch de Gydtv) et j’ai mangé le meilleur Melon pan de ma vie ever dans la boulangerie de Kiki la petite sorcière. Je suis un peu frustrée de ne pas avoir tout vu, de ne pas avoir ramené la peluche de Hin en rupture quand on est arrivés au shop mais heureuse malgré tout d’avoir parcouru ces lieux sublimes dont, pour la plupart, je n’ai pas d’image hormis plein la tête car les photos ne sont pas toujours autorisées (notamment l’intérieur sublime du Château ambulant).

Wow, what a difference from our first try. 🥰
Today on our journey to create the perfect vegan melon pan, we experimented with the cookie dough.
A good shortcrust pastry made all the difference. Now it not only looks like the original but is starting to taste like one, too.
I really like the softness of the bread.

Next steps: adjust the flavour and sweetness, make the cookie dough less dry
