J'ai découvert un matcha fait à base de Genmai (c'est-à-dire d'un thé vert au riz grillé, si vous connaissez pas, ça déchire tout).
Bon, bah, là on a un matcha ultra doux, moelleux en bouche, c'est vraiment super délicieux, surtout accompagné de mon lait d'amandes maison. Sans sucre, c'est vraiment (oh putain, je vais utiliser le mot que je m'étais jurée de JAMAIS utiliser) un banger...
