Staatspreis für Erwachsenenbildung
Das Österreichische Bildungsministerium schreibt auch heuer wieder den Staatspreis für Erwachsenenbildung aus. In der Kategorie „Themenschwerpunkt 2024: Stärkung des Vertrauens in Wissenschaft und Demokratie“ sollen Projekte prämiert werden, die sich für die Entwicklung des demokratischen Gemeinwesens engagieren und dadurch zur Stärkung der Demokratie beitragen. Das Preisgeld beträgt 5.000 Euro für jede Kategorie. Darüber hinaus werden die nominierten und letztlich prämierten Projekte durch Berichterstattung in allen Kanälen von erwachsenenbildung.at promotet.

But her marriage to Black Panther leader Kwame Toure and opposition to apartheid made her a pariah to the US and South Africa, and she was forced to relocate to Guinea, eventually returning to South Africa after the end of apartheid.
