This dovetails with what's been seen on the ground in Minnesota. ICE has only started hiding their activities.

ICE and DHS said they're halting operations in MN (they aren't, they are simply going into hiding until the votes for DHS funding are done).
Next week they'll say in Hussein v. Norm that an injunction against profiling is't necessary because the surge is over.
The ACLU is looking for incidents of profiling between now and next Tues 2/17 to show that 'ending the surge' doesn't solve the problem.

We need to get more people out there with cameras, recording license plates, taking pictures, video. If you can't do that, help out by delivering food to those who are afraid to leave the house.

I've been fairly outspoken about what I think of #Minnesota Senator Klobuchar, so when I recently received a campaign email from her office that splits all donations with Peggy Flanagan for her Senate run, I had to stop and re-evaluate.
I didn't have a Klobuchar / Flanagan tag team line up on my BINGO card so now I'm going back through Klobuchar's voting record to see if I missed something.
