One of the tips we give at our wellbeing workshops is to find a source, or sources, of kindness and positive stories that you can check in with daily.

This is also a great way to find a kind community in the comments or groups where you read those stories, and community is also a great support in hard times.

This mental health awareness week, we want to hear what your favourite sources of kindness and positivity are 👇🏻.

Kindness is powerful because it connects us - that’s the message we’re sharing at our wellbeing workshops for mental health awareness week.

This year’s theme is community & our workshops encourage & solidify bonds between colleagues through kindness. We talk about why kindness matters, what it looks like & how we can bring that power into our own work & lives.

Wellbeing Workshops - Time for Kindness

The more you notice kindness in the world around you, the more you will see - and that's a good thing for your wellbeing.

Time for Kindness

I wanted to let you know about the kindness-based workshop I’m offering as part of Mental Health Awareness Week 2025 (12-18 May). It’s called ‘Noticing kindness: a tool for hope and connection’. During the hour long workshop we’ll share uplifting stories and I’ll teach people easy to adopt habits to use at work and beyond.
