Had been feeling stiff all week but thought it was just sitting around and the long car ride and needed to exercise. So I went to boxing class yesterday and didn't seem to have any trouble.
I came home and took a shower and a nap and after that I could barely walk. I had to use a walking stick and it hurt so bad I started weeping. I mean just sobbing. My poor wife didn't get a wink of sleep either. Yet we didn't call an ambulance or go to the ER 1/

Have to call my health insurance company to inquire why my routine annual checkup was coded as with an ENT for more $. I will probably just get more shrugs.
Seems it’s fairly common. My dentist regularly bills insurance for fluoride that was never applied.
