Ever feel like you said something clearly… but it still landed wrong?
That gap between what you say and what people actually hear is where real communication lives.
In my latest article, I share one of the most important lessons I teach as a Hebrew educator: why empathy and intention matter more than perfect words, grammar, or pronunciation.
If you’ve ever struggled to express yourself or feel understood in another language, this one will shift how you see everything.

Everyone says “Hebrew is hard”… but what if the method is the real problem?
As a born-and-raised Israeli who’s helped English speakers finally think in Hebrew, I built a simple, step‑by‑step formula that matches how your English‑speaking brain actually learns:
✅ Short, practical lessons you’ll actually use in real life
✅ Clear pronunciation so Israelis really understand you
✅ Confidence to speak instead of translating in your head
This is exactly what I teach inside Practically Speaking Hebrew - my online program (with my personal support) that takes you from “too hard” to speaking with clarity and confidence, faster than you thought possible.

Effortless gets you nowhere.
I wish it did. I’ve tried that way before. Waiting for things to feel easier, clearer, more natural before I move.
But language doesn’t work like that.
You don’t wake up one day suddenly fluent because you thought about it enough. You get there because you showed up. Even on the days it felt slow. Even on the days it felt uncomfortable.
Movement is the only way forward.
One word. One sentence. One small moment where something clicks just a little more than yesterday.
I know this firsthand.
Every step you take, even the messy ones, is building something real. Something that sticks.
So if you’re waiting for it to feel effortless before you begin… don’t.
Start anyway.
That’s where everything begins.

Every day, you choose what you bring into your life.
Hebrew is one of the greatest gifts you can give yourself.
Everyone thinks the problem is that they’re not in Israel.
It’s not.
The real problem?
You were never taught Hebrew the way it’s actually spoken.
You learned:
– Rules instead of patterns
– Translation instead of thinking in Hebrew
– Words… without knowing how to use them in real life
So even after “learning,” you still freeze when it’s time to speak.
That’s exactly what I fix.
I teach Hebrew the way Israelis actually use it -
so you don’t just understand Hebrew…
you start thinking, responding, and speaking naturally.
No relocation. No overwhelm. No guessing.
Just real Hebrew, that actually works in real conversations.

Happy Saint Patrick’s Day to all who are celebrating today! 🍀
And in Hebrew, we say:
Khag Sameach (חג שמח)
Which literally means “Happy Holiday.”
Let’s break it down in a fun way:
Khag = Holiday
Sameach = Happy
Pronunciation tip:
Say it like Khag Sa-me-akh
Put the emphasis on “me” in Sameach, pronounce the A like in father, and the E like in met.
So today, whether you are celebrating with Irish traditions, good food, or just enjoying the spirit of the day…
Wishing you a joyful, festive, and meaningful celebration.
Khag Sameach and Happy Saint Patrick’s Day! 🍀💚
(How cute is this little one coloring it in my Hebrew Coloring Book!?)
