Don't get taken by statistical differences in the pre and post cohorts. These are not the same people, difference are very small and unlikely clinically of interest: they are the result of small changes in very large groups.

Abstract: using tetramers, the authors managed to find the presence of virus-specific T cells, in 40% of LC patients, showing some activation. They looked at TCR sequences. That is it, nothing else, no info on non-LC, etc.
So don´t make things up, that is #Leonardi_Effect
